An e-commerce solution should of course contribute to sales, but for wholesalers and distributors there's more value to it than that. For Brill, the new platform brings the opportunity to inspire both restaurants and private individuals when it comes to beer and other craft drinks.

Because customers can now place their orders at the times that suit them best, time is also freed up internally at Brill. That time benefits the customers directly, comments Anton Cohén, Sales Manager at Brill.

Technically, the solution is built on Litium Commerce Cloud with an integrated PIM system. This simplifies the handling of product information and enables fast publishing of new products as they come into the range.

Price lists, stock levels, orders and customer data are integrated automatically with Brill's ERP system, Microsoft Business Central.
