There are many ways today to digitalise the buying journey without replacing the personal contact and advice that are so central in B2B. In fact, our experience is that the companies succeeding best right now are those that manage to offer their customers a combination of digital solutions and personal service.
Customers today expect to be able to do things themselves, whenever they want. But at the same time they want and need personal service, often when the purchase is larger or when the deal is complex.
