Customer portals and B2B solutions
We develop tailored B2B portals for wholesalers and manufacturers who want to offer their customers a smooth buying experience while relieving their own staff of unnecessary administration. The solutions we build integrate with our customers' business systems to ensure that the right prices and stock levels are shown, and that all processes run as expected.

B2B has needs that differ from consumer sales
A wholesaler or manufacturer has needs that can't be compared with an online retailer selling clothes or beauty products directly to consumers.
That's why it's a little odd that people sometimes talk about "e-commerce" as a catch-all term for every digital buying process.
Since 2012 we have built customised digital solutions for B2B companies, and we know very well what creates the results that are expected. That includes an understanding of existing sales processes, not least how personal selling is combined with self-service functionality when that's what customers need.
Digital sales between businesses are more complex
Today, 81% of Nordic B2B companies use digital sales tools in some form. 31% offer customer portals where customers can place their own orders. (Source: Nordic B2B Commerce av Litium).
Among those who don't yet offer this, the reasoning is usually that the business is too complex to digitalise. That's a claim that can be both true and a convenient simplification at the same time. Because it's certainly the case that not every business is perfectly suited to digital solutions. But at the same time it's hard to ignore the direction things are heading. We're unlikely to see fewer digital deals going forward.
If you ask the new generation of buyers now entering working life, it's a given that it should be possible to order things without personal contact. But you also can't ignore the buyers who have done business through personal relationships for an entire career.
Digital solutions shouldn't replace personal service
We still haven't come across a real example where a digital solution has replaced the need for people. The more complex the deal, and the less financial incentive there is for the buyer to make the purchase digitally, the more customers value personal contact.
Our view is that those who achieve the most success in their digitalisation are the ones who see the nuances here. Those who realise this isn't a question that can be reduced to "either/or." It's about giving customers options, so they can order in the way they prefer, in the situation they're in right now.

We help you find the platform that suits you best
Our many years in the industry have taught us that no platform is right for every business. Since both needs and budgets differ, it's important to understand that different platforms are good at different things. In some cases the right way forward is to build something completely tailored.
We have experience with a wide range of platforms and technical solutions, and from us you'll always get an honest recommendation about which platform we believe suits you best.
