Cyberphoto has 30 years' experience as an e-commerce retailer

Cyberphoto launched its e-commerce 30 years ago and took an early, strong position as a retailer of photographic equipment. Over the years the company has won several awards for its e-commerce, for example E-commerce Retailer of the Year, Photo & Video from Pricerunner, and Store of the Year, Photo & Video several times from Prisjakt.Since 2022 we have had the privilege of being their digital growth partner.

A partnership stretching back five years

We came into contact with Cyberphoto in 2022, when they were looking for a partner who could challenge them, while their existing Litium solution would be looked after in the best possible way. Since then we have carried out a wide range of improvements to the solution, including around search and recommendations.

E-commerce since 1996

Successfully running e-commerce over a long period places high demands on many different areas. It takes far more than a technical platform that supports the digital business.

Today, products, prices and deliveries are largely equivalent across the different e-commerce retailers in our industry. What we can compete on is how we treat our customers.
We've managed to attract employees who complement each other and keep energy and commitment up over a long time. We also have very low staff turnover. Those are some of the reasons we've succeeded with this.

The partnership began with a Growth Audit to identify areas for growth

To find which areas hold the greatest potential, we began our partnership with a review of the site, search engine visibility and an analysis of the various marketing channels. In total we went through more than 200 data points to identify which parts hold the most potential relative to the effort involved. The result was a structured plan for which development efforts and changes to make, and it has been the foundation of our partnership ever since. The analyses are evaluated on an ongoing basis, and a new plan is drawn up ahead of each new year.

Over the years we've gained many recognised, highly skilled e-commerce retailers as customers. Getting to work with Cyberphoto, which incidentally was one of the very first online stores I shopped from myself, is further proof that we have a strong offering that suits ambitious e-commerce retailers.
