Market leader Splendor Plant modernises the buying journey with a new B2B portal
During autumn 2025, Splendor Plant launched a procurement process to choose a new digital platform for web and B2B commerce. After a thorough evaluation, the choice fell on Motillo, and a few months later we launched the new solution.
About Splendor Plant
Splendor Plant AB is a Swedish wholesale nursery and garden wholesaler that grows and sells a broad range of trees, shrubs, hedges, roses and other garden plants to retailers, landscapers and municipalities. The company was founded in 1961 and is based in Jonstorp, outside Höganäs. With around 110 employees and a turnover of more than SEK 180 million, Splendor Plant is one of the country's leading suppliers of garden plants. The business is characterised by high quality, sustainable cultivation and a strong focus on product development and innovation within the green-space sector.
The next step in their digital growth journey
Splendor Plant decided to take the next step in its digital journey by investing in a new technical platform combined with a partnership with us at Motillo. We began the work by carrying out a Growth Audit to identify, based on clear growth goals, which measures are the most effective path to reaching them. The conclusions became an important basis for the implementation project that started at the same time. In spring 2026, the new solution launched and was immediately well received by customers.
